Return and Refund Policy — BLÜM Flowers

At BLÜM Flowers, every arrangement is handcrafted with care to bring beauty and emotion to your special moments.

Because flowers are perishable and custom-made, all sales are final.

However, your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the product. We will be happy to provide:

A replacement arrangement of equal value, or

A store credit to use toward your next purchase.

Please note:

Refunds are not issued for change of mind, incorrect delivery information, or missed delivery due to recipient unavailability.

For pickup orders, once flowers are collected by the client, BLÜM Flowers is not responsible for the condition of the arrangement thereafter.

For event orders (weddings, proposals, décor), separate contracts and terms apply.
