Welcome to BLÜM Flowers. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Orders and Availability

• All floral arrangements are custom-made and subject to seasonal availability.

• We reserve the right to substitute flowers of equal or greater value if specific blooms are unavailable, while maintaining the overall look and style of the arrangement.

2. Pricing and Payment

• Prices are listed in USD and may change without prior notice.

• Full payment is required at the time of order. We accept all major credit cards and secure online payments through Shopify.

3. Delivery and Pickup

• Delivery is available within designated areas of Miami and surrounding neighborhoods. Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before the cutoff time listed on our website.

• Pickup orders must be collected at the scheduled time. Once flowers are picked up, BLÜM Flowers is not responsible for their condition thereafter.

4. Returns and Refunds

• Due to the perishable nature of flowers, all sales are final.

• If your order arrives damaged or not as described, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs. Eligible cases may receive a replacement arrangement or store credit, at our discretion.

5. Event Orders

• Weddings, proposals, and event décor are subject to separate agreements and contracts. Terms and cancellation policies for such services will be provided individually.

6. Use of Website

• All content, images, and designs on this website are the property of BLÜM Flowers and may not be copied or used without prior written consent.

• You agree not to misuse the website for fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

• BLÜM Flowers is not responsible for delays or non-performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g., extreme weather, supply shortages, courier delays).

• Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.

8. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Miami-Dade County courts.
