We aim to provide a seamless and reliable delivery experience for every order.

1. Delivery Areas

• We currently offer delivery within Miami and select surrounding neighborhoods, including Miami Beach, Brickell, Aventura, and Sunny Isles.

• For locations outside these areas, please contact us in advance.

2. Same-Day Delivery

• Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before the daily cutoff time listed on our website (3 pm)

• Orders placed after the cutoff will be delivered the next day or on your selected date.

3. Delivery Terms

• Please ensure recipient information is correct. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses, missing apartment numbers, or recipient unavailability.

• If the recipient is not available, flowers may be left with a doorman, reception, or at the door (weather permitting).

4. Pickup Orders

• Pickup is available at our Miami location during business hours.

• Once flowers are collected, BLÜM Flowers is not responsible for their condition thereafter.

5. Delivery Fees

• Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on location.
